Poznan University of Technology proudly introduces IMPACT – Innovative International Programmes in AI, Cybersecurity and ICT, a comprehensive educational initiative designed to give international students access to modern, practice-oriented learning in the most dynamic fields of today’s digital world.

Funded by the NAWA SPINAKER Programme, IMPACT opens the door to three intensive international study pathways, each consisting of a set of carefully designed, modular courses:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Cybersecurity
  • Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)

Flexible, Modular and Tailored to Students’ Needs

Each participant can choose 3 to 5 modules from their selected pathway, creating a personalized learning experience focused on their interests and career goals. The modular design ensures that students gain relevant, targeted competencies while keeping full control over their individual study plan.

The programmes are offered in two modes:

Online Courses
  • Access to high-quality multimedia materials (presentations, video lectures, exercises)
  • Self-paced learning through the Moodle LMS
  • Weekly online consultations with lecturers
  • Open to international and Polish students

Hybrid Summer Schools
  • 6 weeks of online preparation
  • 2-week on-campus experience in Poznań
  • Expert seminars, workshops, labs and networking sessions
  • Financial support for travel and accommodation for international participants

This blended approach ensures that students with different needs and availability can participate — whether they prefer studying remotely or engaging in an immersive on-site experience.

Free Participation and Recognized Micro-Credentials

Thanks to NAWA funding, all courses are free of charge for participants. Upon completion, students receive micro-credentials issued by Poznan University of Technology, documenting the competencies acquired in each module. These credentials are aligned with European standards and can be showcased in CVs, portfolios and on platforms such as LinkedIn.

High-Quality Content Created by Experts

All modules are developed by experienced academics and practitioners from the Faculty of Computing and Telecommunications and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.

Materials are prepared in accordance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, ensuring inclusive and user-friendly learning.

International Outreach and Academic Cooperation

IMPACT strengthens the global presence of PUT by engaging partner universities, academic networks and international student communities. The project promotes cross-cultural learning, bridges disciplines and supports students in developing the digital skills essential for future careers.
