Recruitment process

 
Who can apply for the courses? 

The courses are open to all students and doctoral candidates, with a particular encouragement for those interested in Cybersecurity and AI. 

How does the application process work? 

Applicants fill in an online form, select their preferred modules, and submit required documents. Selected candidates will be notified by email 

Are there any limitations on the number of courses I can apply for? 

In the recruitment process, applicants within each programme will be able to independently choose the modules they wish to participate in. For the AI and ICT and Cybersecurity programmes they will be able to select between 3 and 5 modules.

Is the number of places limited? 

Yes. The programme offers a fixed number of places for each course, with separate limits for the online and hybrid versions. 

What documents do I need to submit after being accepted into the program?

After being accepted into the programme, you will be required to submit the following documents:
a. Declaration of participation in the Project
b. Personal Data Form
c. Participant’s Declaration confirming awareness of personal data processing rules
d. Consent for the processing of personal data and image

Course Format and Learning 

How much time does one module require? 

Each module equals approximately 10 hours of structured learning. 

How will I receive access to the learning materials for the selected module? 

Access to the learning materials will be provided through a dedicated e-learning platform. Students have the flexibility to complete the courses at their own pace

How long will I have access to the learning materials? 

All materials (videos, presentations, instructions) will remain available throughout the duration of the program.

What are Microcredentials? 

Microcredentials are digital, shareable proofs of specific skills, knowledge, or competencies gained from short, focused learning experiences, like online modules or project-based courses, often awarded as digital badges or certificates

Do I receive a separate certificate for each module? 

Yes. Each completed course results in an individual Microcredential. 

What does the process of validating and verifying competencies look like? 

Students complete short assessments, tasks, or practical exercises, depending on the selected module.

Travel and Fees

Is participation in the courses free of charge? 

Yes, participation is free for students selected in the recruitment process.

Is there a scholarship available to cover travel and accommodation costs for the on-site part of the program in Poznań?

Yes, students who are selected to participate in the project can apply for a scholarship to cover travel and accommodation costs.


Support and Accessibility 

Are the courses accessible for students with special needs? 

All materials meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1), and on-site facilities comply with architectural accessibility requirements.
